Description

One Federal Solution is a SBA Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) whose primary mission is to provide the Federal government with outstanding services in the areas of Program Management, Information Technology Enterprise Management, Healthcare Administration, and Testing & Evaluation.

Our federal client located in Washington, DC has a need for a part time temporary position. client is located in a federal building and is in the process of installing turnstiles for ingress/egress of the facility. Authorized personnel will need access to the buildings using an electronic system with the turnstiles. This position will be responsible for assisting in badge issuance. client has a need for someone with excellent customer service experience in the badge credentialing arena, and preferably working with CCure800/9000 to populate PIV and Prox cards.

Job Duties

  • Work with Credentialing Specialist and others to service customers
  • Assist with PIV/Prox cards in a proprietary system.
  • Ensure all personnel requiring building access are properly granted
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Operate the badge printing office
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education and Experience

Must have excellent Microsoft Office and database skills.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role that does require some standing, walking and filing. Filing would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and ability to bend or stand as necessary.

 

Expected Hours of Work

Hours of Work – 4:30 - 7:30.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain secret security clearance.
