Description

One Federal Solution is a SBA Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) whose primary mission is to provide the Federal government with outstanding services in the areas of Program Management, Information Technology Enterprise Management, Healthcare Administration, and Testing & Evaluation.

One Federal Solution has a need for a Personnel Security Analyst to support our government client in DC. A Tier 3 background clearance or the ability to obtain one is required as is 3 – 5 years of experience.

Summary/Objective
The Analyst is responsible for the responsible for providing service to the government client in support of background investigations and general administrative functions which require detailed documentation, scheduling and effective communication among numerous groups. Analyst will be responsible for meeting client requirements to include, but not limited to, interfacing with the client’s customers, performing on-boarding and tracking of contractors and maintaining status of contractor information and investigations.


 

Job Duties

  1. Process and track GSA Contractor Information Worksheets
  2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding process
  3. Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and customers
  4. Onboard government personnel
  5. Upload investigative information into government databases
  6. Maintain status of investigations
  7. Serve as Help Desk Subject Matter Expert
  8. Schedule government meetings
  9. Schedule meetings via online Book IT system
  10. Prepare detailed meeting notes and agendas
  11. Assist with scheduling of Industry days and agency sponsored events
  12. Scanning documents onto digital media
  13. Assist with scheduling government travel
  14. Prepare correspondence packages
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as needed. Supervisory Responsibility
None

Required Education, Experience and Skills
GSA HSPD-12 experience with an Associates of Arts Degree with five (5) years of administrative experience, preferably in a government setting. Education can be substituted with experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess exemplary customer service skills. Must have experience drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, conferences and seminars as well as taking minutes.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, generally requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No overtime is expected and would be minimal.

Travel
No travel is expected for this position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain a MBI/Tier 3 investigation which is required by the Government.
