One Federal Solution is a SBA Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) whose primary mission is to provide the Federal government with outstanding services in the areas of Program Management, Information Technology, Enterprise Management, Healthcare Administration, and Testing & Evaluation. We are looking for experienced people for a Sr. Communications Strategist. The position is located in Washington, D.C.

The candidate will provide expertise in the following areas:

Provide management and implementation support for Strategic Communications initiatives administered by AOC.

  • Assist AOCs Corporate Communications Division in the research, analysis, and development of operations and management of marketing and communication programs, activities, and tactics.

  • Provide senior strategic communications expertise related to aviation-specific industry trends and analysis.

  • Developing strategies and initiatives used to develop activities and milestones.

  • Provide analysis, statistical modeling, and a broad range of data gathering to support the analysis of communications/marketing programs and business practices.

  • Gather metrics and provide analysis using survey techniques, devising audience research methods, conducting feedback interviews, and applying a wide array of research methods.

  • Analyze and report findings to ensure all results produce actionable outcomes.

  • Support and coordinate communications activities for industry-related trade shows, conferences, and inter- and intra-office activities and functions.

  • Provide support in coordinating exhibitions at industry-related trade show conferences, and inter- and intra-office activities, and provide assistance in creating presentations, computer graphic designs, and related hardware and software equipment as part of these exhibits and shows.

  • Staff and schedule adequate resources to ensure that critical FAA events are supported, including staffing booths or exhibits and providing technical assistance and operational support for audio-visual devices, display set-ups and teardowns, and setting up signage and banners at trade shows, conferences, and other event

Education Requirement

Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Communications/Arts with at least 3-5 years’ experience

Preferred Experience

Work experience at FAA
