One Federal Solution is a SBA Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) whose primary mission is to provide the Federal government with outstanding services in the areas of Program Management, Information Technology, Enterprise Management, Healthcare Administration, and Testing & Evaluation. We are looking for experienced people for an Art Director/Designer.

The candidate will provide expertise in content creation and new product development using the latest hardware and software including, but not limited to:

        • Apple Macintosh computers operating on the latest OSX platforms

        • PCs operating on the FAA’s most recent Windows platform

        • Digital video editing using Adobe Premiere and Avid

        • Digital audio production using Audition and Logic

        • Graphic design using all components of Adobe Creative Cloud

        • 2-D and 3-D animation using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D and other state-of-the-art technology

Develop graphics, video production, animation, presentations, exhibit booths and signage, and a range of electronic products for a wide variety of applications – from Executive presentations at industry events and conferences to video productions aimed at both internal and external audiences, website creation and interactive media development for smart device applications. Provide digital video production capabilities, employing broadcast-quality production.

  • Provide editing and packaging expertise to create video and audio productions and programming for inclusion in presentations, websites and social media platforms, and for dissemination via existing and future digital delivery platforms.

  • Provide support for live events taking place in the auditorium and for recorded events in the TV studio.

  • Provide Web content development

  • Create websites that are 508 compliant site

  • Provide 508 compliance testing and reviewing, including applying Adobe Acrobat portable document format

  • Provide advice, analysis, and reporting to support the Lines of Business and Staff Offices with coordination, development, editing and execution of reports for both internal and external audiences.

  • Participate in and facilitate meetings, conferences, and forums to promote stakeholder and other audience relations. Support these efforts with appropriate

  • Develop, implement and maintain a digital media library using digital media storage, archiving, and search and retrieval tools. The purpose of this library is to centralize digital Provide program management analysis to support efficient operations, using effective project management applications (including Workamajig, Huddle or other project collaboration and tracking tools).

  • Implement effective technology solutions to accomplish the initiatives of AOC Creative Services Division. This must include enabling techniques for quick application of new technology and procedures.

Education/Experience Requirement

Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Communications/Arts with at least 3-5 years’ experience

Work experience at FAA is a plus.
